No. None of  our fragrances use any of the more common fixatives and additives that are often found in cheap fragrance oils. We only use single molecule aroma chemicals, essential oils, absolutes, natural extracts and ethanol alcohol for our fragrances. 

Yes. None of our products are tested on animals, and none of them contain any animal products. Any fragrance containing an "animal musk" will always contain a synthetic version of that musk, and not a musk harvested from a real animal. 

Each fragrance is hand crafted using aroma chemicals, natural isolates, extracts, essential oils, and synthetic musks and specialty bases. These components are combined in varying degrees and ratios to create a perfume concentrate which will then sit for several weeks in order to macerate and combine. That concentrate is then mixed with a ratio of alcohol before being bottled as a finished fragrance. The process can take several weeks, months, and even years as each formula is worked out, tweaked and perfected. 

The longevity of a fragrance depends on what it's made of and how each component interacts with the others. Some molecules "escape" much faster than others. those tend to be the brighter more readily apparent scents in the "opening" of a fragrance, which then give way to the heavier or "base notes" of the fragrance. We shoot for maximum longevity with our fragrances, but sometimes the beauty of a scent comes with a trade off for its duration. All natrual products usually have the shortest duration. 

We would love it if you bought all of them! But the reality is that scent is something that is very subjective and would encourage you to sample our fragrances liberally
